Square Wipers

Square wipers are located on the rotor´s outer diameter, on the ends of the feed rollers and also on the feeding houses. They clear the areas for material which could accumulate and cause problems.

Square wipers are manufactured in spring steel, for longer durability and thus minimizing the running costs.

Triangle Wipers

Triangle wipers are located inside the lower rotor housing. The main function of the triangle wiper is to lead the material thrown around by the rotor towards the center and avoid unnecessary accumulation in the lower rotor housing and wear in the rotor housing.

Triangle wipers are made in Hardox 400 to ensure long lifetime and hereby low running costs.
